FAQ

General

What does CurbNBack do exactly?
We take your trash and recycling bins to the curb on pickup day and return them afterward — so you never have to worry about forgetting again.

How does the service work?
You sign up, we track your waste collection schedule, and one of our trained Runners handles the rest. It’s that simple.

Is this service available in my area?
We’re expanding route by route. You can contact us directly to request availability.

Do I need to be home for this to work?
Nope. As long as we can access your bins, we’ll take care of them whether you’re home or not.

Is it safe to give someone access to my property?
That is for you to decide. Our Runners are vetted and trained to handle bins with care and to respect your property.

How much does it cost?
$50 or less per month. We bill monthly at a flat rate — no hidden fees.

Property Managers

How does this help me as a property manager?
We reduce tenant complaints, increase curb appeal, and ensure bins are handled on time.

Can you service multiple properties or entire communities?
Absolutely. We work with single homes, duplexes, multi-family units, and full communities.

Can I customize the schedule for different properties?
Yes. Each property’s service days and times can be tailored to local waste pickup schedules.

Do you notify tenants directly or go through us?
That’s up to you. We can work invisibly in the background or coordinate directly with tenants if preferred.

Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on volume — let’s talk.

Households

Why would I need this service?
If you’ve ever forgotten trash day, struggled to move heavy bins, needed help while out of town, dealt with mobility issues or cared for elderly or disabled loved ones — we’re here for that.

Can you help temporarily if I’m recovering from surgery or out of town?
Yes. We offer short-term service options — just let us know what you need.

Will the same person handle my bins every week?
Whenever possible, yes. We try to keep the same Runner on each route to build trust and consistency.

Can I cancel or pause my service?
Of course. You’re never locked in — just give us notice based on your billing cycle.

Do you take bins from inside my garage?
We don’t normally go into garages — but we can if you truly need us to.
If indoor bin storage is the only option, just let us know when you sign up. You’ll need to give us permission and access (garage code, key, or other instructions). Otherwise, we’ll collect and return bins from your usual outdoor storage spot.

Runners

What exactly would I be doing?
You’ll be moving trash and recycling bins to the curb on pickup day, and returning them once emptied — for multiple homes on your route.

How many stops are on a typical route?
About 40. It takes around 2 hours to complete.

When do I work?
That depends on the neighborhood’s pickup schedule. You’ll usually work early mornings, late afternoons, or evenings — you choose your routes.

How much will I get paid?
We pay a flat rate per completed route, so the faster you work the more you make per hour.

What kind of person is this job best for?
It’s great for people who want flexible, part-time income — students, veterans, caregivers, gig workers, or anyone who likes working independently.

Do I need my own transportation?
Yes — you’ll need to get yourself to the route. No big trucks required, just something reliable.

Do you provide training?
Yes. All Runners complete a short onboarding. We can meet for in-person training if needed.
